  • Recently, there has been rising concern regarding procurement given the various disaster-related and geopolitical risks threatening the supply chain.
  • For this reason, we would like to request your cooperation in submitting information that will allow us to consider preventative measures for realizing stable supply through the supply chain and production continuity at DISCO.
  • Please answer these questions about the applicable products in the list attached to the relevant email.
  • To revise the answers you have already submitted, please resubmit the survey.
  • For questions that need to be checked with several departments, feel free to copy and paste the relevant questions to an Excel or Word file to share with the relevant departments.
Please answer the below survey.
  • 1.Please copy and paste all the material codes for the applicable products from the list attached to the relevant email.
    • However, if the answers to Questions 2 and onward differ depending on the product, please separate your responses as shown below.

      • If the manufacturing factory address for Question 14 differs between products A/B and C/D:
    • Response procedure:
      1. In Question 1, enter only the material codes for products A and B, and answer Questions 2 onward.
